The Fine Print

1. Refund must be requested within 90 days of your contract start.
2. Request this refund via email to support@bigwebapps.com
3. If paid by check, we will issue the refund check to your organization within 14 days of your request for a refund. Please allow 10 days for the check to clear our account from the day we deposited the check.
4. If paid by credit card, we will issue a credit refund within 14 days of your request for refund.
